How to become a Contestant
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Contestants must be single (never married/never given birth to a child), a United States Citizen, a resident of the State of Texas and between the ages of 14 and 27.
MISS LUBBOCK USA - AGE REQUIREMENTS :
Contestants must be at least eighteen (18) and under twenty-seven (27) years of age on February 1, 2010. The Miss Texas USA ® pageant will be held in June.
MISS LUBBOCK TEEN USA - AGE REQUIREMENTS :
Contestants must be at least fourteen (14) and under nineteen (19) years of age on February 1, 2010. The Miss Texas Teen USA® pageant will be held in November.
RESIDENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Contestants must reside or attend school in the South Plains Area which consists of the following Counties: Bailey, Lamb, Hale, Floyd, Cochran, Hockley, Lubbock, Crosby, Dickens, Motley, Yoakum, Terry, Lynn, Garza, and Kent.
